Instead of posts, the city uses lamps suspended over the middle of the road.
Because of this, there are quite a lot of wires around the city - in places where you wouldn't normally expect them.
Traffic lights can also be hung on wires.
Of course, lamp posts do exist in Copenhagen, but the main approach to urban lighting here is using cables stretched between buildings.
